ENJOY THE TASTE OF TRUE HOLIDAYS

We have rediscovered the Lost Paradise

Of course, if you prefer crowded beaches for having swimsuits competition and exhibition, secured barbed wire high walls and sprawling in the shadow of huge intercontinental 5-stars hotels, aqua-aerobics parties every morning at 09:00hrs in 5 languages on the air of a gangnam-style, please…

...do not come to us!

On the other hand, if you dream of serendipity, quiet and safe places in pure nature without any pollution (no factory within 60 miles around), empty free white sand beaches and crystal clear water with no other rocks than the ice blocks of your glass of ouzo, friendly people and black dressed old ladies leading you to the kitchen in order to show you their slow-cooked dishes of kokoretsi or katzikaki kokkinisto, the grandeur of never-ending landscapes with no building and the protective circle of white in the morning and red in the evening mountains, walking or hiking on paths climbing to their top and the sudden discovery of… another turquoise sea on the other side of them, if you like to enter ancient chapels hidden behind a rock in deep dark carob tree forests and perceive gradually 1000 years old paintings on their walls, if you regret peace, hospitality (the famous greek word "filoxénia" which means “foreigner's love”), mind and land opening (no fences) from the past…

then you will absolutely and endless appreciate the blue lagoon of Neàpoli and its islands from your terrace of our modest but generous olive grove.

And you will cheerfully fill in our booking form (see page "Booking")

Safely.

For our only aim and target is that you spend a successfully holiday with us.

But act quickly because... our Little Paradise only consists of three apartments!

Our guesthouse is open all the year round. But we suggest you to plan a stay with us between April and mid-November. Even if our olive grove’s latitude is lower than the one of Tunis (look at the map). Average temperature in the winter is about +17°C. But the weather might be rainy in January, February and March. Or not. Up to you to decide: low season is also ideal for climbing our mountain paths.

Tepid and smooth April. Millions of flowers in May. Longest days in June. Family beach in July. Blessed holy Virgin parties and feasts, fresh figs and golden countryside in August. Warmest sea in September. Cheapest flights in October. Collect of our olives in November. December, Christmas presents under the LED-bulbs decorated palm tree. And here comes January and its good resolutions: the one to come back to us this year?

November. Alone on the beach. And still very warm water.

Walking till the end of Europe! This is the last path before Asia on the bottom and Africa on the right side. Named Cape Maleas. One of our numerous organized walks programme.

All our excursions lead you to lovely unknown places...

...and to delicious fresh seafood hidden restaurants.

Cretan diet. Without Cretan tourists. No crowd here. Not many inhabitants. But they do live very old. How many years? Tssss, never ask a lady how old she is! Even if she is more than 100...

Mid-January on our beaches. No doors. No clouds. You said "little Lost Paradise"?
